"Amanda was my agent and she was great ran me through each discount and savings, explained all my benefits and was unbelievably helpful. "Absolutely incompetent disgusting people working here. They left me stranded on the side of the road for hours, refusing to answer a phone call or return my phone call. When I cancelled there insurance they tried to make my insurance laps in coverage, very dirty low life people. I'm 40 I've had insurance my whole life, never had an issue until state farm. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible attitude, terrible people, never again will I be a state farm member."
